Colour My World giveaway and competition recap
If you have been watching closely you would have had the great pleasure to see that we held an awesome giveaway for you all back in October, and we invited you to share the art that brings colour to your world to double your chances of winning... And what wonderful art you shared with us all!!
The fun didn’t stop there, because once we had our major prize winner (who won a whopping art supply worth over $700!) we turned to the Life of Colour Art Group to vote among those who had submitted their art to give away three more prizes!
The giveaway winner
Rachel Longin was randomly selected through a number generator, she had received a second chance by uploading her art into the Group.
One of my favourite parts of the whole process was reading all of the explanations behind everyone’s colourful art and interacting with all of the talented people in the group. Art brings everyone together in serenity!
Here’s a fine example of a member sharing the love:
“How I Bring Colour Into The World 🌎 🌈 LockDown Last Year My 80 year old Mumma and My Beautiful Boy (non verbal autistic 🧩 ) spending our days together painting 🖼 My Frankie boy would start and we would add to what he had created.. Art Therapy.. Seeing The World Together through each other’s eyes .. My Two Frankie’s My Mumma My Son 🖼🧩💕”
Group competition winners
The Life of Colour Art Group is a source of creativity, community and support, so we wanted to congratulate all the amazing artists who participated in the giveaway by giving them one extra shot at winning a fabulously creative prize.
The final top ten were so close together and it really was a tight competition between votes. We arrived at the final stage and the tally was taken to present our top three artists to win the art box prizes.
1st Place: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Tammy Klingner with 43 votes
2nd Place: ⭐️⭐️Lizzy Anasta with 36 votes
3rd Place: ⭐️ Kirti Singla 26 votes
I hope you all enjoyed submitting your art, sharing it with the community, and admiring other peoples creations. This is what we love to do here in the Life of Colour Art Group so tell your friends and family to join and enjoy the journey with us to encourage more creativity.
So, thank you to so many of you for playing along! It's certainly brightened up our feeds the last few weeks!
Well done to all of you, you are all so talented!
