Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@lifeofcolourproducts.com to initiate an exchange.
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.
