Markers work great! I have only started in one board. But the markers are great quality, and go on the board very smoothly. The designs are pretty. The boards are quite large. I know they are going to be gorgeous when they are done!

Broken
I waited a month and was super excited to try this out. However when it arrived my Mandela board was broken in 1/2 and all markers was missing, I was told by customer service that I can try glueing it back together, and for a partial payment, but I had no markers even if I wanted to do so, I emailed them back explaining this and I got the remainder of my money, I would like to try them again but am afraid to disappointed myself and my girls again.

We apologize for the inconvenience. As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.
We have looked into this matter further and there appears to have been a mix up in the details of the issues with your order leading staff to recognise the isssue was a broken board which staff offered an immediate replacement for the board which was then escalated to issue a immediate refund for the board, staff were then made aware that the pens for the order were missing also and so a further refund for the pens was issued immediately - resulting in a full refund for your order. It appears that staff offered helpful advise that you could fix the board to use for practise if you wished there was no ill intention intended and we apologise if this was misunderstood or taken as a solution for the overall issues.
Issues such as damage to packages are not a regular occurance and replacement products are always offered so please be rest assured that we are here to help and happy to offer assistance however possible for customer satisfaction.
