I never received the order from you at all. I was supposed to receive my money which is the bank said I did not get back yet either so I don’t know what you’re doing but you better figure it out because I’m leaving comments that are negative and I don’t like doing that. But this has been a very long time and I was never able to see any of the tracking or anything it just opens up and goes nowhere. It says it’s not even shipped yet. Your company is terrible for following through.

I apologise that you experienced a shipping error with USPS and Australia Post we strive to provide exceptional service but there are times where shipping and handling issues can occur out of our control- please check your bank account for your refund that was processed in February , we have sent the details to you on an emil as well as a follow up this morning with the payment refund details .
